There is free Wi-Fi and there is also a nice sized desk for any unfortunate souls that would need to do work. This is especially important for the ladies. The bathroom is a nice size and there is plenty of counter space on the sink. It is very spacious and very comfortable.
Once we made it to our rooms we were satisfied because the room looks like a crown plaza hotel room should look. I will say they have all been very friendly and welcoming every time you enter the building. It is right next to the bistro and there are two hotel staff members there to check you in. We proceeded to the lobby which really in fact is not a lobby. We walked through that door which lead you right into the casino. Walking up to the hotel please be sure not to go in through the side door that looks like the back of a restaurant where employees are hanging out. Needless to say we found a different parking spot. The very first parking spot we pulled in had a man sleeping in the car. Granted there are security guards driving around but it’s still scary looking. The back of this building looks so sketchy. We soon realized that there was a fee to park there and we had to continue proceeding to the back. As we were driving to the back a valet guy waved us to come in. Upon arriving I was impressed because what I saw was what I expected from a Crown Plaza until we were directed to the free parking in the BACK behind the building.
